23.4.24 Expecting a pleasant dinner date with mu husband and daughter I chose this restaurant (To my bad, Since I had good experiences before at this hotel I chose this place) and I was really really disappointed from the service they gave us. We were at the hotel sharp at 9:30. Till 10:10 nobody has come to take orders. Later a guy arrived who was so damn casual. First he took the orders on Mutton briyani, Garlic naan, Chapatis and half tandoori. We were expecting to have the dinner fast so that we can finish and reach home soon. Coz it was already 10:15. The waiter guy popped out and said the dinner will take 20mins time could you pls wait. I agreed. He then again popped out and said Tandoori was over. I asked for other bbqs but he said we switched off the machine. Seriously!!!! Fine then we ordered lollipop on replacement of tandoori, the food arrived at 10:45 which was like more than an hour to time we reached the hotel. The story didn’t end here, Briyani was ok not as expected, breads were good and the chicken curry was also good. But the lollipop was pathetic as hell. It was just a chicken skin with bone that was deep fried with masalas. There is no flesh in it. I was about to throw them. I’ve went to n number of restaurants but this one I will never forget it and I will never ever visit this place again. P.S: just imagine of taking a 5 year old kid to this place who is so hungry. I regretted so much that I chose the wrong place...

Service: The staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Our Chef, Manikandan, made excellent recommendations and was attentive without being intrusive. Our food arrived promptly, and the overall service pace was well-balanced.

Food: The food was a highlight of our visit. Variety of menu is available for both Veg & Non-veg.

Occasion: We planned for a Birthday event & everything was made perfectly as instructed. They take all decoration work, lighting, music, cake, welcome drink, bouquet & a chocolate.

Went to Celebrate my Friend's B'day And the Rooftop Seating was amazingly awesome with swimming pool beside us and the chill breeze accompanied with hot and tasty food was like magic happening in front of our eyes. Staff were very polite and they made sure our water glasses are full now and then and they were very cautious in bringing the food to our table as fast as they can. There is a bar in the first floor and sometimes those guests come to enjoy their food here, but the staff make sure that they are seated comfortably away from family, so that both enjoy their own time there very much and this is easy to say but i know it is Harder to do, but the staffs handled this like it was very easy.
