A Home Away from Home in Varanasi!!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at a remarkable hotel in Varanasi, and I can confidently say that it was an exceptional experience that I won't soon forget. From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt like I had found a true home away from home. This charming place, more like a cozy family residence, truly left a lasting impression on me.
The first thing that struck me about this place was the warm and welcoming ambiance. The owner of this place, who is more like a gracious host, made me feel like part of their extended family from the very beginning. The level of care and hospitality extended to every guest is unparalleled. It's not just a hotel; it's a haven where the owner go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and valued.
I was treated to mesmerizing sunrises and sunsets right from the comfort of my room with temple view. In conclusion, my stay at this Varanasi hotel was an experience that I will cherish forever. It's not just a place to sleep; it's an opportunity to connect with the soul of this ancient city. I can't wait to return, and when I do, I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. If you're looking for a hotel that offers a truly memorable and homely experience in Varanasi, I wholeheartedly...
Read moreI stayed at Mishra Ganesh Shankar Homestay Guest House for three nights and had a pleasant experience. The owners were very welcoming and even accepted an early check-in, which was much appreciated. They come from a family with a music background, adding a unique cultural touch to the stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a cozy atmosphere that was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Varanasi. The location is excellent, close to Assi Ghat and many of the city's main attractions, making it convenient for travelers on a budget with friends. Thereâs also a beautiful temple nearby, although it's unfortunate that part of its area seems to have been illegally occupied.
While the overall experience was great, there is always room for improvement. I would suggest the owners consider offering a complimentary water bottle each day rather than just one on the first day. With the increased use of plastic bottles in Varanasi, it's important to take steps to preserve the sanctity of this historic city. Moreover, for families with aged parents it will be difficult because the stairs are not that old age friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this homestay for its hospitality, location, and...

The guesthouse itself is spotless, comfortable, and provides a safe, homely atmosphere. Every detail is thoughtfully attended to, ensuring guests feel at ease. The location is also perfectâjust a short walk to Assi Ghat and Assi Crossing, making it easy to explore Varanasi and find transport when needed.
