Incredibly quite place at Assi Ghat beside Ganges. And having a meal with enchanting view of the Ganges. What a wonderful experience ot can be! Just imagine. I had this amazing experience last week as I visited them with bunch of my friends and had an mind blowing experience. Talking about the ambience, the elevated green garden, having herbs like basil, spinach is home grown there. And the view, basically the night view is incredible.

If I talk about the food, they have fabulous menu. Everything prepared here is soo authentic and freshly prepared. Personally I love their following dishes which I will recommend from my side.

•Tomato Sauce Spaghetti- Full of flavours, tomato basil sauce, garlic and basil, making it refreshing.

• White Sauce Pasta- Silky smooth and aromatic sauce made from butter, milk and all purpose flour (maida), loaded with veggies,it’s a guaranteed way to delight your taste. buds.

• In pizza they have wide range to offer, by the way I tried- Vatika Special Pizza, Pizza Binaca, Olive Jalapeño Pizza, Capsicum Pizza. In all pizza one thing was comman, their perfect home-made thin crust pizza base and theie light and saucy tomato puree. Loaded with mozzarella cheese and varieties of veggies. I would definitely suggest I you wanna have well balanced Pizza having a taste of Italian touch, then you must try once. Also they prepare it in wood fire own, to give the authentic taste to their customers.

• Pasta Ravioli- This was to die for. Very wholesome in taste. Loaded with tomato puree on top, and doller with fresh and home grown spinch inside, very light to comsume.

• North Indian Thali- For lunch scences, they have this special thali for Indian visitors, consists of Bati, Chokha, Rice, Tadka Daal, Coriander-Mint Chutney, Salad and Fruit Custurd. Everything was delicious and flavorful. Sufficient for one hungry tummy.

• Last but not the least, in dessert we had their- Banana Bread ( super fresh, soo soft) Brownie (taste divine when served with icecream. Grand Hit form the dessert section.) and the world wide famous APPLE PIE which is Revolutionary. Has the authentic American flavors. This is the added invective.
