RLJ Guest House — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

An aweful experience. Rooms were never clean, bathroom tiles and washbasin were broken. The representative we talked on the call was a gutka stuffed man who had no ethics. If that was not enough, the moment we entered the washroom there was a mouse sitting inside the comode. The one who sits in that dusty reception was never available and the guy who was supposed to be a room servent was always sleeping. They didn't even bothered to register our entry. Agree that this was a budget hotel and so we were not expecting a 5 star service but atleast goibibo should do a verification before suggesting these kind of stays. I would suggest anyone who is reading this to spend few bucks more and prefer services from reliable sites like oyo or Airbnb. Don't risk yourself by choosing this....

Best place for family and couple and the owner varun pandey is very friendly, helpful and supportive, the guest house is very near to assi ghat, durga kund and sankat mochan and also lolark kund and kashi vishwanath temple. The world famous banaras hindu university is also very near about 1 km....

Hotel location is on main assi ghat road,best for family travelers, room was so neat and clean.|I suggested to that travelers if you want to safe clean and cheapest ac and non ac room in assi ghat this is the best choice ever also hotel staff and owner...
