Very bad experience after staying at the hotel. Rooms are small and dirty. Manager is very rude and doesn’t listen to problems. Doesn’t change bedsheets and doesn’t even clean the room. The service boy is also very lazy.Many times I asked for room cleaning and change the bedcover but he didn’t change the cover . Very poor service and bathroom are also bad condition and not even clean. Lift is not working and when I asked them about the lift manager told me it will be fixed tomorrow. I recently stayed at this hotel in Chennai with my mom, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The room was not clean, with hair scattered throughout, and the bed was quite uncomfortable, lacking adequate bedding for two people. The bedsheet had visible tears and the bathroom was in a poor state, with a broken bucket and shower. To make matters worse, we found an used condom packet in the drawer.
