Komodo Suites Downtown — Hotel in Flores

I stayed at Komodo about 2 wks ago before heading out on a 2 night liveaboard. While there was a small mix up regarding the airport pick up, we caught a taxi with their helpful advice on the rate with no problem. After arriving, they went above and beyond to help me. We had not heard from our boat and didn’t know what to do or where to go the next day. I was afraid that I had been scammed and was trying not to panic. They called the office for me, and then Warren called around to help me find someone affiliated with the boat. He gave me his WhatsApp and stayed in touch until he confirmed that I had successfully communicated with the boat. I was beyond grateful. The hotel is also super convenient as you can walk to town, restaurants, ATMs, etc and there is a restaurant right on site where we picked up dinner and had a morning latte while waiting for pick up. Yes, I could hear the prayers and they were long earlier in the evening, but after I went to sleep, nothing woke me up and I’m a pretty light sleeper as the morning approaches. It's such a good place. The staff are absolutely brilliant. They really are cool. Whenever I needed help, advice, or assistance with my room they were so polite and caring to help me. This is the kind of stuff that really makes a holiday extra pleasant.The room itself is very good. The furnishings and facilities are wonderful. It's like a small apartment. You really could stay there long term. The cleaning service is delivered every single day and the room feels brand new every time. It's located a matter of seconds off the main strip, which is perfect as it saves you from street noise. There's even a nice view of the ocean. It's great.Thank you EVERYONE, at Komodo Suites. Amazing staff!! Rooms are spacious, clean and had everything we needed. 1 minute walk to main street but still away from the noise (except for a rooster outside, whom became my favourite alarm clock of all time and because of him we never over-slept our dive appointments)

Great place to stay for multiple days! Lots of space for clothing and equipment. Houskeeping did a great job and there was always fresh towels and drinking water available. Shower is awesome with great preassure.

Thanks again to the reception team who always greeted us with enthusiasm and kindness.
