Had an unplanned trip to Labuanbajo so we don't book any hotel yet.|Got a recommendation from one of the barista in a coffee shop as our 1st stop after landed. ||The location is very strategic, just in front of the small supermarket, where I could find items that I need..|They also allowed us to checked in at 12 noon.||Nothing is so special with the hotel, the room is just ok for us to slept.. The cleanlines was not as per our expectation.||As a traveller, I thing everyone will agree that wifi is a must to have. Unfortunetelly it was not working at all during our stay..|The receptionist gave the password during checked in, but didn't mention that it did not work until we asked them.... Read moreUnless you got the basement room with a blocked balcony, like my friend unfortunately got, this hotel gives you what you paid for. Spacious room, great balcony (this alone is enough to satisfy me, the balcony view is THAT GOOD) , toilet is fine, cable TV, the room lights are set up nicely.
The cons are that there are no parking space at all, tap water is a bit... Salty, and phone signal inside the room is very unreliable.
A tip for the hotel: The reception and hotel billboard could use some refurbishing. It's cool to have a separate structure as reception, but the lame "reception" board doesn't give it...

The rooms were not clean, the towels and bedsheets were dirty, windows could not be open because of many people working on renovation, the walls were moldy, the air conditioning was not working well in one of the rooms and there was a really bad smell in the bathrooms. There was no toilet paper and light was not working, we were also concerned about our safety because of the circulation of many people right in front of the room because of the renovation, we are still waiting...
