Liquid Exchange — Restaurant in Jakarta

I have sent them a message about what time they close(google sometimes wrong about times, so to be sure). I got a quick reply back, nothing to complain about that.

We were drinking there and on wednessday, they close at 1am(thursday). It is just 12:15 and they turn off all the lights outside and we were drinking in pitch black. The guy who served us first was a very nice and a polite person. But the women that took over for some reason had no manner at all and was very rushed or something to go home. Even was rude when taking the order, no smile whatsoever and didn't even "try" to inform us that they're about to close, just coldly switched off the light while we were still drinking and acted as if we didn't exist.

Only for this, what was once a nice bar to hang out in. Never going to return here again....

Was yesterday at LEX and they have changed the Shisha supplier. Now it is one of the best in that area! Happy to see that management listen to it customers.

I am a regular Shisha smoker and I had couple of times Shisha at Liquid exchange. Once I felt very bad after Shisha there but as it was first time I thought it is because of my health. But the same thing happened today. I will assume that Shisha there is the worst I had in my life. Coal they use is full of chemicals. Tobacco cannot say, never saw. Shisha is a culture you guys need to take care, wash every bytime, even the pipes. Good tobacco and coal. It is a nice place to hang out with friends but due to my double very bad expirience I am not going there until Shisha...

Great band on a Saturday with a fabulous lady dj. Pints of beer are cold and a nice place to enjoy each others company. Visited here again(01/09/19) for happy hour which advertises 'Buy 1 get 1 free.' Total fabrication and false as in fact the happy hour prices are inside the menu with the normal price for a beer increased then only 20% off. So a pint of Heineken is 166,000rp which is disgraceful and more expensive than Singapore!! When management challenged about this they apologise and say this is what we get the most complaints about.
