This was my first time dining at Hanamasa in years, and it used to be a popular shabu restaurant that my family loved to visit. Unfortunately, this experience didn't meet my expectations as an all-you-can-eat enthusiast. The prices were high compared to what we received, including non-refillable drinks, fell short.
The food selection was diverse, but mostly comprised processed foods. I was particularly disappointed to notice a fly at the dessert station, and the staff seemed indifferent. Service needs improvement; with a seemingly understaffed team, addressing requests took longer despite the restaurant not being very crowded during my visit. Every time I asked their help, they seemed unhappy (not even smile!)
Important suggestion: Please install exhaust fans, as your grill menu leads to a strong, unpleasant odor. Many visitors were coughing due to the intense smell, and the ventilation was poor.

Strategically located in South Jakarta but facing tough competition from neighboring Korean all-you-can-eat restaurants. So you know, they charged you extra for the beverages so better choose for refillable drinks. This place is not family friendly since they allow (or couldn't prohibit) smoking in the full air conditioning rooms. Warteg di atas got aja jauh lbh cepat, boss! Bahan2 daging nya di bawah standar; boro2 lawan kompetitor, lawan hanamasa cabang lain aja kalah Lemak utk masak nya cepat hancur DAN tidak direfill walau sdh berkali2 minta sampai bosan Pelayan pasang muka judes & lbh cinta melihat ujung sepatu nya sendiri (alias nunduk terus) Pelayan membersihkan meja di depan tamu sambil ngomel ke teman nya & merapikan piring/gelas dg gaya kasar Jumlah pelayan terlalu sedikit dibandingkan tetamu
