We booked this villa for a group of three families and had an excellent experience throughout our stay. The villa was exactly as shown in the photos—beautifully maintained, modern, and very clean. The design and layout were clearly well thought out, with enough space for everyone to relax comfortably, whether indoors or outdoors.

The location is another major highlight. It’s situated in a convenient area with just a 5–10 minute walk to a variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife, and local attractions. Despite being close to everything, the villa still offers a peaceful and private atmosphere, which we really appreciated.

The host was fantastic—very responsive and easy to communicate with. All the instructions for check-in, amenities, and house rules were clearly detailed and easy to follow, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Overall, this villa checked all the boxes for us—comfort, location, cleanliness, and great hospitality. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay with family or a group. We’d be happy to return for another stay...

I took my team to Bali Zen Den Oberoi Seminyak after an amazing year to give them the best holiday ever as a thank you for their hard work. From day one, my experience with the team that manages the villa has been nothing short of amazing. It felt like home for 9 days!

The staff have been incredibly accommodating to our requests, friendly, and proactive in communications. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the villa manager, who consistently checked in to ensure everything was going well. The housekeeping team was excellent, always ensuring the villa was clean and tidy.

At the end of the trip, my team unanimously agreed that it was one of their best holidays ever. The villa’s location, spacious rooms, cleanliness coupled with excellent communication, hospitality, and warmth were top-notch. I am selective about giving ratings, but if I could give 6 stars, I truly and sincerely would!

This villa offers fantastic value for money! It's conveniently located near shopping and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. While the alley leading to the villa is a bit dim, using your phone's flashlight will guide you safely. You'll also find a spa and massage shop right at the entrance. Although the villa is a little older, it boasts a decent-sized pool and exceptionally clean bedrooms. The host thoughtfully provides insect repellent in each bedroom and the kitchen. Plus, you'll have access to cooking facilities and a microwave, making cooking for family dining in a breeze. We used the Grab app to order food, which worked out perfectly.
