Read it all it gets better as you go, or else just avoid entirely which would be my recommendation( spring a few more dollars a night and roll the dice elsewhere)
There's a reason it's the cheapest you can find.
There's so much mould and dirt in the rooms, if I were trying to assassinate an enemy via lung issues I'd ask them to stay here ) I spent 15 minutes inspecting the bed for bed bugs cause there was so much dirt I wasn't sure if the flecks were bugs or not.( obviously the sheets aren't cleaned or changed between guests) The walls are black in common movement areas.( they've been painted a white / cream colour) Not that I cared but the TV was broken (overall indicator of the state of the place) One accessible power outlet for the room( Good luck if there's more than one of you)
There is several patches in the room with so much obvious mould growth( so much so I actually consider this place a health hazard and I'm going to buy cleaning supplies and clean this room myself incase anyone contracts something ( every morning I woke up with stuffed nose and tickley throat) you can see the attached pic for an example of one wall, they're all just as bad) also the bathrooms reek of piss, you can smell them from the bed.
Besides the state of the room, the location is actually good, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and the beach is a...
Read moreIt took us 26 hours to get to Bali from Vietnam and all we wanted to do was get our head down when we arrived but the first room was full of Mosquitos and had a dirty bed sheet so we asked to move rooms and the second room was worse with mosquitos and the bathroom door was broke so it couldn't shut so there was no privacy as it was right next to the bed. We sprayed the room with mosquito spray and went out to look for another hotel and within 10 minutes of leaving my boyfriend had been bitten 3 times from being in them rooms. After we eventually found somewhere else we walked back to get our backpacks and the room was still full of Mosquitos so they must of just kept coming in from somewhere and they spray did nothing to help which it usually does as we carry it with us all the time. We let the staff know we was checking out and the lady on reception was really nice and friendly and apologised for it all and put us on the phone to the manager who gave us a full refund 👍 |Shame...
Read moreGana Inn was very conveniently centrally located in Legian/Kuta. The staff were so friendly and helpful with directions. Beds were made each night. The rooms are very much like the photos with a decent, basic bathroom and a basin outside. There are a lot of mosquitos inside the rooms as they get very humid after showers and just in general. Very little natural light to wake you up as well. I was covered in mosquito bites in the morning - even had one on my eye. Would be great if they could provide some insect repellant coils or something for the rooms. ||For the price we paid the place served its purpose. It wasn't horrendous and was comfortable enough to sleep in. Would come back if i needed a cheap, close place to stay.||||Super close to the Beachwalk Shopping centre and surrounded by shops etc. If this his an early stop by in bali, do lots of shopping here as...
