staff was nice but irresponsive, it took sooooo long to just deliver 2 bottles of beer. They stand too long in front of counter with drinks on their tray, i had to wave several times (and they saw us) they didn't budge

food taste mediocre, rice too hard, rice cake too dry, mango daiquiri doesn't taste like mango. And we had to pay IDR 546k for 4 small bintang, 1 mango daiquiri, 1 oxtail soup with rice, 1 nasi goreng, 1 ice tea, and 2 satay platter. This place is expensive for such an ugly experience!

only accepting cash because the computer is having a problem they say, staffs really need to get trainings for real. If i were any of the staff, i would come to the table and tell the guests that currently our system is having a trouble or whatever before taking the order. Nowadays not many ppl carry cash on...

I reluctantly have to leave a negative review, but it's necessary. We noticed a Special Menu with discounted prices and decided to order two dishes, one for $50 and the other for $65 in this deal. I specifically requested the dish with sauce on the side, while my wife ordered one without shrimp. Unfortunately, after a 40-minute wait, our orders arrived with both the sauce and shrimp. We raised this issue, but after waiting for another 20 minutes, we decided to leave.

We clearly expressed our desire not to wait any longer, but to our surprise, they charged us the full price of $65 and $80, plus service fees.

Food was quite poor. My boyfriend ordered the orange chicken dish and literally only got about 5 small pieces of chicken on his plate, even though the description said it came with lots of other things. My chicken quesadilla barely had any chicken in - it was mostly packed with just peppers and onions.

Also, don’t be fooled like we were - we ordered ‘draft beer’ thinking it was draught beer on tap but it was just a 220ml bottle of beer named ‘draft’. I feel like this would confuse a lot of people.
