Good in Bread — Restaurant in Kuta

Very cute place but the owner should make sure of better lighting! I came the day before as I didn’t know you need reservations for the after noon tea tier! It’s said 190k, I agreed paid the deposit of 200k she asked for to come back as we were leaving the area the next day and asked why do they need day prior reservations, she told me they needed time to make the special items on the tier! Our reservation was for 130 pm, we got there at 130pm! There was a reserve sign on the table, but we had to wait about 20 mins to be served! And they came out with each level of the tier about 5 mins or so apart and then another 10 mins for our tea! On Top of that the charge was 290k and she said it was for 2 of us, when we should have been told that the tier was extra for 2! We have been lots of places and the tier is the price for 2...

I hate to ruin their perfect rating, but I asked for a black coffee and got a latte. Apart from that, all is good. I am a little wary of the Wi-Fi they use. It is the first time I have been asked to input an e-mail and credit card to gain FREE wi-fi. As I am always suspicious of this type of request in Bali, I refused to sign up and simply used my data. And why do they make the ordering so complex. Can't they have a list of popular orders instead of making you fill out a form? It was too early in the morning to fill out forms. Having returned here after a while, I noticed no improvement in any of the issues I raised. Therefore, a 4* review is now a 1*. We felt like a toasted sandwich so did a Google search and found this place. What a great find! When we arrived we wondered where we were going to park as none out front so luckily we saw the small sign saying parking at rear (suggest the owner considers making this sign larger and more prominent as I saw another review saying there is no parking). On entry we were greeted warmly and ordered from their "make your own" sandwich menu for 75,000Rp . You can choose as many fillings as you like and order extra meat or cheese for another 10,000Rp.
