OYO 91080 Kubu D&d Guesthouse — Hotel in Kuta

SCAM ALERT : This place is a BIG SCAM. Never book here. They are professional FRAUDSTERS who have no shame left at all. BEWARE : FRAUDSTER PROPERTY, PROFESSIONAL CONMEN. BIG SCAM.

First of all, this property is not at all at the address they post on various booking websites. They are about 1 km away from the given location. This is done on purpose so that no one can find them.

Secondly, no matter you book your room from whichever website, the moment you will somehow manage to find the property and ask for check-in, they say that they don't work with any hotel booking website whatsoever and dont honour any online bookings. They will refuse you for check-in. And will demand more than 350,000 IDR in case you want to check in even when you already paid at the website. After you have no option but to leave frustrated and find another place, they will cancel your online booking on their own without you requesting for it and then will charge your card without your consent for no show leading to one night charge. They have done this to hundreds of people. They are seasoned conmen and fraudsters. Agoda and other online booking websites have been complained to several times about this property but they turn a blind eye to this menace and take no action. Avoid this place...

Chose this option over another place, however I got let down because when I arrived the staff said rooms are fully booked. Even though I can see my reservation on his computer. And I booked this place during the holiday period in April 2023 so everything was already fully booked ! Spent hours on street trying to find new place. The location on google map is also incorrect. Everyone should not book this place via any search engine as this hotel is no longer in collaboration with OYO due to the profit and price always dropped so the owner no longer in business with OYO. They intentionally put higher price from the apps, although already book in the apps they will not give you the room and ask us to pay higher and CANCEL the booking we made from the apps by ourselves and call customer service by ourselves. Their reason is for peak season 20Dec to 5Jan2023 they only accept walk in customer. Hell I booked 24Dec just turn off all booking and don't accept online customer. Sumpah kasian banget ada yang datang malam2 habis perjalanan jauh dan kamarnya kalian kasih ke yang lain and you never give us any email or message wah this is the scam.
