Raja Gardens Hotel — Hotel in Kuta

I am currently staying at Raja Gardens and am so happy I booked here. While the rooms aren’t “fancy”, they are clean and have everything you need. The owners and staff are absolutely lovely! When I asked about snakes (because they terrify me), the owner assure me that I had nothing to worry about but because he thought I might be a bit nervous given the indoor/outdoor bathroom, very kindly offered to upgrade my room to one with an inside only bathroom. While he may have done this because they had the room available, he didn’t have to do so and I was very appreciative.|The pool, which is quite large and salt water (so no nasty, traditional chlorine) is lovely and I have had it to myself every time I have swam. |The gardens are impeccably kept (they work on them every single day).|The location for this price is truly exceptional!!!! It is a 5 minute walk to the beach by the road or 3 minutes if you use the alleyway.|The staff are wonderful and extremely accommodating. I would definitely...

A delightful and quiet old style Bali accommodation about 100 m from the beach. The huge and private gardens are clearly loved by the owners and they value their plentiful mango trees far more than trying to add extra accommodation which they could easily do with so much space. When they arrived It was surrounded by rice paddies but now fancy hotels are in every direction. Despite that, we found it extremely quiet and incredibly convenient. It's a two-star hotel but it's clean and the aircon works fine. The pool is huge and the owners helpful if you ask. What more could you want when so much of Bali has disappeared up its own backside and just become a fantasy theme park of what tourists think Bali might be like. If you want luxury, beach club, nightclub, and insta ready scenery this is not the place for you. But if you like a quiet base within easy walking distance to shops, markets, restaurants and of course walks on the (still incredible) beach then...

This is a lovely quiet small hotel, perfect for some peace. great staff and very good location with Seminyak on your doorstep.||Very comfy rooms, not got a tv or anything but didn’t miss it one bit. Bed was very comfy, rooms spacious. Small fridge in bedroom which was handy. Lovely garden atmosphere and nice pool. lovely small hotel. Staff were really incredible and friendly and chatty and always said hi and helped.||Bathroom semi outside (which is fine) but just a little more focus needed on cleaning of bugs in high places in there etc. nothing major and some bugs to be expected. Only thing I missed from from the room was a safety deposit box but the closet had a part that locked instead.||The gardens of the hotel are really nice and well kept, this hotel feels like a lovely oasis and is a great place to rest up after a busy day or just take a slow day...
