My partner and I stayed here for nearly 3 weeks, and we loved it! Breakfast and coffee every morning is such a treat to have, and it was delicious! We do not eat meat, and the host family asked us right away if we had any diet preferences, which was so appreciated! The rooms were clean upon arrival, and the kitchen/fridge was a nice touch! The neighbourhood is quiet, which was a nice change for us. I have read some reviews stating a rooster was cawing early in the mornings, but we never heard a rooster once, so I assume there is no rooster as the years have gone by. They offer a moped to rent for $6 a day which came in handy for us. We have really loved our stay here, and are sad to leave! Read moreThe place is okay for the price, a bit outdated, and only can be locked from the outside, but overall I'm fine because it's clean. The bedroom has mosquito net so we didnt experience any problem with that. The bathroom is quiet spacious and hot water function perfectly. The location is still considered prime because it's still in the city center and roughly only needs 15mins to walk to the Ubud Market.
