Very nice and cozy B&B in Galway. Execelent location in front of the beach with nice bars, restaurants and supermarkets around. The manager, is very kind, polite and attentive. She can help you in anything you need. Very clean rooms and nice breakfast. Some rooms have sea view. They also have free parking. When I come to Galway I always stay here.

Interesting place. Only B&B we stayed at that didnt serve breakfast, so really it should say Ocean Crest B. Friendly staff and the beds are quite comfortable. It is right on the coast so you'll get a great view of the Atlantic (if you're lucky enough to get a room facing towards it).

Nice and friendly staff. The place itself is not bad if you have a night to spend in Galway. The location is great. However the room we were in was old and rusty.

It was the Galway races and accommodation was hard to find but I was prepared to pay over the odds and got a double room with ensuite in a good location. It was expensive but I was prepared to pay for the location, assuming ( wrongly) that it might be a bit basic but we could at least get a nights sleep. We were disappointed.||The room we were shown was so bad that we decided we couldn't stay and had to face a long night drive back to Dublin and miss a day at the races.||We were shown a tiny attic room, a cupboard for an ensuite, a velux window ( hard to imagine how we'd get out if there was a fire), awful dated decor and a very strong smell of something chemical. We were so tired that we were tempted to stay but after a brief rest and a cup of tea we told the lady who said she just worked there that we couldn't stay. She wasn't surprised but said that the booking agency would have to deal with our refund. Later we discovered that the money was taken from our account a few days later and our booking agent referred our request to be refunded to the owner! Unbelievable treatment. ||Only 2 rooms...

We booked online. We saw the person running it once and are not even sure if she understood English. The office/kitchen door was not answered even during business hours. The place smelled like the Boston Subways. Another guest in passing said they must have used a dirty mop. The bathrooms don't have a wall to the ceiling so it is like you are all in the same room when using the toilet. The shower was good for a leprechaun which was all right for me but not my 6'3" husband. It says B&B but there is no breakfast. The place was terrible and I say avoid it at all cost.||||I also do not think any travel websites should be allowing it to popup as a suggested place to stay. It was obvious that someone was just out to make money with very little effort. I repeat avoid this place...
