A Hidden Gem for Brunch in Galway
This café is a fantastic spot to grab a bite after a walk along the Prom, especially when the sun is shining. One interesting thing I’ve noticed: even when it’s windy on the Prom, this place feels surprisingly sheltered. You can sit outside, soak up the sun, and watch the seagulls glide by—it's a lovely, relaxing experience.
Right now, it’s our favorite place for brunch in Galway.
A few words about the setting: there are tables inside, but my favorite spot is the spacious outdoor terrace. It has around 10 or more tables and offers a great atmosphere. The café seems to be quite popular with the Latin American community, which adds a unique charm and vibrant energy to the place. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always on the move, making sure everyone is well taken care of.

For drink obviously we recommend the guaranà drink. Coffee was really good but the most interesting and incredible thing we had as a dessert. Ask for the açaí in a cup with condensed milk ...
Read moreFabulous food every time, beautiful creamy coffee and wonderfully friendly staff - why else wouldn't you want to try here?! Anytime we eat here, it really is a wonderful experience whether it's inside away from the rain and wind or outside when the sun is beaming. Prices are very justified and great which is an added bonus. It is one place in Galway where you feel as part of a family once you walk in the door. And all of the staff are great with children - which is also a bonus as some children get up to a lot of mischief! I'm intrigued to see if she will get a bigger place as it is always very busy - it is...
