There are a lot of apartments with no view. (a rock, a path, an other apartment).||If you get one with no view, just leave a complaint and hopefully you will get another one if availalbe. we got lucky though, probably because we were there in September.||You have to ask for new towels and toiletpaper. after 5 days we still didn't get them.||The girl at the reception will help you where ever she can, other then the boys who are there occasionaly. they don't speak english at all and just say yes, although the can't understand one of what you are saying. ||Toilet and sink were clean but the shower was not that clean. that was not just in our apartment but also in other apartments we saw.||You can rent a safe at the hotel Del Nughari which is a 15 minute walk.||The swimmingpool of hotel Piccolo is very nice with a nice view. A 5 to 10 minute walk.||The apartments are situated very good and have a spacious balcony.||Although it doesn't sound all the well, we still had a great holiday. Since you don't stay in your appartment that much, Baia Sardinia is a very nice...
Read moreThis residence was absolutely perfect for us, despite the weather being rather unkind! It is well run once you are there by Titalia who is very helpful and speaks excellent english! It is positioned just outside the main beach area with all its amenities which is within easy walking distance. Our appartment (No 19) was brilliant with two proper double rooms, two bathrooms - one a bit small but still adequate - and a large living area with a fully funcional kitchen area. The views from the large veranda easily rival those of Ravello with a wide panorama of the sae and surrouning coves of the area. If you turn right out of the residence you will find all the bars and restaurants overlooking the main beach with a handy supermarket only 10 minutes walk up the hill. I you want a more secluded beach simply turn left and in no more than 10 minutes you will find Tre Monte beach which has no facilities and is therefore much more peaceful! All in all we found I Cormorani quite Idyllic and very will positioned opposite the Grand...
Read moreThe property is vertical. Great view from the balcony! Better be in good shape to haul your luggage up from the parking lot. The unit itself was immaculately clean. The furnishings were quite tired, but the bed was comfy. Be aware that there is only a stove. There is no oven or micowave. The coffee maker was provided. It is a typically Italian top of the stove expresso maker. There are no beach towels, so bring your own. Our unit had two full bathrooms, both with showers involving hand sprayers. Neither was particularly effective. There are no laundry facilities. The beach is nearby, and it is lovely. Two beach chairs and an umbrella were 20 euros per day, 30 euros in the peak of summer. Restaurants are expensive and not very good. The restaurants in the nearby beach town of Cammogli were much better. Staff at the property speak some English, but it would be helpful to know some Italian. The shopping/dining area in the centro is very attractive. No...
