I don't really know where to start, but we've never felt so ripped off and taken-advantage-of in all our lives. Nice location but that's all the good I can say about it. This place, I understand, has recently been taken over by new management and appears to be having something of a major identity crisis. It looks nothing like it does in the photos I'd seen online (surprise!) and looks like 4 different venues all sharing the same space. We were expecting a casual beachy/chillout lounge vibe for a sunset aperitivo on the sand/rocks before the dinner I had booked, but we turned up to find a dining area furnished with red velvet function seats that seem to be left over from a 1990s meeting room, with a decked area below furnished with some pretty run-of-the-mill looking dining furniture, some beanbags tossed off to the side and some brightly coloured lighting strewn through the trees. Anyway, we'd have put the decor aside had the cuisine been impressive. It wasn't. One of the reasons I'd booked to come here was because they offered veggie/vegan options (vegetable gyoza and veg fried rice) that weren't just pasta pomodoro or another pizza. Turns out that they had already run out of vegetable gyozas before the start of service (even though the supposedly wonderful chef they post about on their Facebook page was, I'm sure, there hanging about in the restaurant but not in the kitchen, where I'd have thought he could have been knocking up a few veg gyozas!) so the only thing they could offer me was a veg skewer or some veg fried rice. I went with the latter. Ended up paying 18 EUR for a small mound of (albeit very tasty) rice and my husband paid 22 EUR for a couple of slices of raw fish. The worst bit was the 7 EUR per person cover change for absolutely nothing at all. Not a single cracker, not an edamame bean, nothing. So that was 14 EUR thrown away before we'd even eaten or drunk anything. Nearly 100 EUR later we'd 'enjoyed' 2 small glasses of wine, a small mound of rice and a few pieces of raw fish between us. Non posso credere di essere capitato in questo ristorante da Fighettini per puro caso. L'invadenza dei camerieri è semplicemente insopportabile!Con quel tono sgradevole milanese, Iniziano con frasi imbarazzanti come “partiamo con lo starter?”, come se fosse obbligatorio seguire un menù completo. Ma che modo è questo di accogliere i clienti?

Il menù è una vergogna: sushi e churrascaria, con la carne ridotta a qualche misero spiedino. Ma indovinate un po’? Non puoi nemmeno ordinare un antipasto per accompagnare la carne perché gli antipasti sono tutti di pesce. Non mangiando sushi, ho deciso di provare lo spiedino di porceddu, indicato nel menù come tre pezzi. Quando ho chiesto alla cameriera quanto fosse grande la porzione, mi ha rassicurato che erano tre spiedini discreti. Ebbene, cosa mi è arrivato? Tre pezzetti di 2 cm per lato! Ridicolo! Ho ordinato anche uno spiedino di manzo, che era altrettanto minuscolo.

E la cameriera? Continuava a insistere per offrirci altro vino con frasi come: “Allora, come proseguiamo con il vino?” Veramente odiosi! Non hanno idea di cosa significhi trattare un cliente. Fanno esattamente il contrario di ciò che ci si aspetta. E quel manager asiatico che girava tra i tavoli cercando di essere premuroso? Dovrebbe cambiare lavoro, perché non ha la minima idea di cosa significhi ristorazione.

I prezzi sono folli rispetto alle porzioni e alla qualità. Un'esperienza da dimenticare!...

Imbarazzante. Non saprei da dove iniziare. Da una location raccapezzata che sembra un ex hotel in disuso dove spiccano le sedie riciclate da sala meeting anni 90. Da un buffet praticamente vuoto alle 21:30, con gli addetti al buffet visibilmente imbarazzati che si giustificano in attesa che vengano preparate altre portate di rimpiazzo dalla cucina. E anche quando rimpiazzano la scelta è scarsissima in qualità e quantità. Una festa privata a casa di amici avrebbe avuto un buffet meglio guarnito. La qualità del cibo è mediocre. Le carni sono di scarsa qualità e overcooked. Lo staff è evidentemente sotto dimensionato e si affretta a star dietro al servizio, con evidente affanno. Un tortino al cioccolato arrivato spalmato nel piatto, non doveva manco uscire dalla cucina. I vini sovraccaricati oltre modo. Un calice di rosso che costa al supermercato meno di 8 euro, messo sul conto a 15 euro. Una buffonata. Non sapete manco cosa sia la vergogna. Potete fregare i turisti di passaggio, e qualche malcapitato, ma state sicuri che tra la gente che frequenta la zona la voce si sparge in fretta ed è un attimo bruciarsi. Locale stagionale con velleità che non si può permettere, una delle tante meteore che aprono e chiudono lasciando una sensazione di niente. Conto totale 220 in 2. Che potrebbe essere onesto in un buon ristorante, come tanti non improvvisati come questo, ma non in un posto come questo. Da stare...
