Cao Silvana — Hotel in Cagliari

For several years now, every time we go to Cagliari we book a room at Villa Cao and honestly we prefer to change dates if no rooms are available rather than change B&B. We feel very much like at home, Silvana and Fernando are just adorable, very helpful, rooms are clean and spacious, comfortable with all amenities, fridge, shower, TV, Wi Fi, (everything works perfectly well thanks to Fernando) and the plus at this B&B is the possibility to park the cars. Although located in town, it is very quiet and has a lovely garden. Just in case, a bus stops just nearby to/from the city center and port but all main places remain at a walking distance. I cannot end this review without adding that Asia, the Labrador, is also very sweet to...

This is a lovely place. It's reasonably priced, family friendly and a good location. All the sights are easy to get to by walking, bus or taxi. The rooms are simple but a good size and cleaned daily. The owners are absolutely lovely, so welcoming and helpful. They are great guides on where to go and how to get there. The lovely garden and terrace are secured by a high gate so it was safe for my kids to play there. They enjoyed climbing the tree and even had a water fight! ( they were brought a bucket to assist in refilling their water pistols!) I was given the option of one large family room or two rooms next to each other. I would definitely recommend staying here to my family...

Villa Cao is a wonderful place to stay in Cagliari! It is within a walking distance from the pedestrian area and shopping streets in downtown Cagliari, while the closest bus stop is right in front of the apartments. The apartments themselves represent an oasis of peace and tranquility, with a nice garden. The owner, Ms Silvana, is a great host and is always willing to share her local know-how and help you create the best sightseeing route, choose the best restaurants for your food taste... or anything in between. The breakfast is served in the garden and includes delicious homemade organic jams and marmalades by Silvana. A warmly recommended place to stay...
