Velona's Jungle Luxury Suites — Hotel in Florence

Velons’s Jungle Luxury Suite is a world class designer bed and breakfast. After stayed there for 3 nights, I am convinced it had world class services to match. ||The moment we step into the property, the manager warmly welcomed us, patiently marked on s map what to do and where. He then provided a 5-page list of restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, attractions and boutiques which locals go. He next gave us a list on what things staff like to do. The management constantly changes the list if any place falls below their standards. ||The room is very spacious with a balcony covered by climbing jasmine flower, facing one ancient Rome city wall tower. Both our room and bathroom are the biggest we had in this Italy trip. The facilities (bed, sheets, furniture and deco) are definitely 5-star luxury hotel standard. ||Breakfast is included and everything is organic, fresh and high quality. Guests choose what they want from a list and we barely eat 1/3 things on the list.||The property is within walking distance to City Center, Train Station, away from noisy tourist areas, 2 minutes away from the scenery river, and in a very safe neighborhood. Many restaurants, coffee and gelato places are just around corner.||Staffs are onsite except night and very friendly, help us making reservations and anything we need or want. They really tried so hard and want to give us a perfect experience. And, they delivered.||If you are use to beautiful and luxurious surroundings, above and beyond services, want to eat and relax like locals, Velona’s Jungle Luxury Suite is the place...

My wife and I stayed at Velona's Jungle Luxury Suites in November 2024 and we could not be happier with our stay. ||First off, the staff was in contact starting from a few days before and was super attentive and easy to reach via Whatsapp. Then, from the moment we checked in, we were warmly greeted by the staff, who was super helpful. Giulio in particular was super friendly and helpful, and even sat down with us to map out all the great spots to visit in Florence including attractions, restaurants, etc. By the way, his restaurant recommendations were excellent. They even helped us to arrange for a taxi and offered to call any restaurant to make reservations if needed. ||The room we stayed in was very pretty, elegant and unique, but at the same time very clean and cozy. The beds were super comfortable and close to queen in size (even if the website lists it as size double). ||Location-wise, it was also very good. The hotel is sort of on the outer boarder of Florence, and so it was in a quieter area yet still only 10-15 minutes walking distance from the main square and all the must-see sites of Florence. ||Overall it was an excellent stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Great value for the price and very unique hotel room experience. I would definitely stay here again in a future trip...

Overall it was an excellent stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Great value for the price and very unique hotel room experience. I would definitely stay here again in a future trip...
