The rooms are dirty. The shower door cannot be closed. The refrigerator in the room is not working. The balcony door cannot be closed either. The draperies on the windows, as well as the headboards on the beds, have a stale unpleasant smell. Dirty, dirty, dirty. I have never stayed in a worse hotel. The only thing is that the location is good. Staff not interested. They don't care when you address them. They just pass you by. The receptionist is also a waiter and assistant in the kitchen.... You will be waiting waiting if you need something. Departure from the hotel, which was supposed to be at 10 a.m., has been moved to 9 a.m., because there is a new group and they are forcing us out of the rooms earlier in order to "sort them out". The beds are miserable. Metal, peeling legs, wardrobes as if they were from 50 years ago. TV shelf full of dust. Although the age is double, there is only one old metal chair on the terrace…. This hotel does not deserve literally a single star. I wonder what the criteria are in Italy if they categorize this hotel...

View wasn't anything spectacular but still it's nice to have the option of sitting and relaxing outside the room. Nice sized on suite with all the usual facilities. There was also a fridge in the room to keep drinks and food in. There was a TV but it was rather small.||Location was great, there are many places located around the hotel to grab a bite to eat or have a nice cold drink. The hotel isn't far from places such as a rather pleasant large park, a supermarket, market stalls and the Funicolare (a tram system) that leads to the amazing Montecatini Alto town. We didn't visit any spas but they were in abundance and all looked great.||All in all we had a pleasant stay and if we visited the area again we would be happy to...
Read moreWe had a truly wonderful stay at this charming, family-run hotel. It’s a simple place—nothing fancy—but perfect for families who want a clean, pleasant, and comfortable base to explore Italy. The area is quiet and safe, and our group of teens had a great time walking around nearby.
The family who runs the hotel is absolutely amazing—warm, helpful, and truly dedicated to making sure guests are well taken care of. They went out of their way to accommodate my dietary needs (no pork, no mixing of meat and dairy), and the food at dinner was delicious and abundantly served.
We stayed for a week with a group of soccer players and their families. Everyone had a great experience—my son, his friends, and the parents. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a cozy and kind place to...
