Mixed Experience at Hotel Giorgina Rome Hotel Giorgina Rome has an amazing location, with major attractions within walking distance. The staff was professional and helpful, making our stay slightly more pleasant. *Disappointments* 1. *Tiny Room*: Our room was incredibly small, making it difficult for a family to stay comfortably. 2. *Underwhelming Breakfast*: The breakfast spread was limited and lacked variety, falling short of expectations. 3. *Cramped Bathroom*: The bathroom was so small that it was challenging to shower comfortably. 4. *Expired Amenities*: Unfortunately, some amenities were expired or broken, which was disappointing. *Positives* 1. *Excellent Location*: The hotel's central location made exploring Rome convenient. 2. *Friendly Staff*: The staff was helpful and professional, providing good recommendations. *Overall* While Hotel Giorgina Rome has its strengths, the room size, breakfast, and bathroom issues were significant drawbacks. With some improvements, this hotel could live up to its potential. *Rating Breakdown* Location: 5/5 Staff: 5/5 Room Size: 1/5 Breakfast: 1/5 Bathroom: 2/5 Amenities: 1/5 *Recommendation* Consider Hotel Giorgina Rome for its location and staff, but weigh the trade-offs carefully.

Decent location right by the train station. The hotel is in need of redecorating and although it's a 2 star hotel the service was poor. Upon arrival we were told that our the cases would be in the room on the 5th floor later in the day. After arriving in the room and finding that they weren't we had to go back down. Now the only lift they have holds only 4 people or two if you have luggage. After querying the luggage mistake I was given the response 'what do you expect, it's a 2 star hotel'. Rooms are basic but the beds are comfy. Streets are very noisy at night as its a busy area with a bustling night life. If you want a hotel with young adults running up and down the stairs shouting most of the time and pressing the button to the lift on every floor then this is there place for you. It's more like a hostel than a hotel. Rooms have air conditioning but you have to pay for the remote control to turn them on.

This hotel is fairly central and is in a good location, but that's it about the positive sides of it.

Staff has a major lack of communication and is not willing to help you. Once you enter the hotel, which looks more kind of like a hostel, you feel like you've gone back at least thousand decades. Everything is about to fall apart and requires a major refurbishment.

We were given a room that had a transparent shower cabin inside of the room (the shower supposed to be in the bathroom isn't? But it was literally in the middle of the room!), so we went to complain about that and were given another room, which was even worse... with bed bugs.

Thus, we asked for a refund and left the hotel, the staff lied to us saying the refund shall be asked through booking.com (as we've booked through this chanel). Once we called booking.com and explained the situation, they contacted the hotel for confirmation and I heard myself how the staff was lying by saying absolutely non existent things.

We literally needed to beg for our refund and in the end, it was issued partially, so we had to return to the hotel the other day to ask for remaining money & a lady at the front desk literally threw it at me.

I'd not recommend this place even to an enemy, so please, avoid it...

´ I recently stayed at Hotel Giorgina in Rome, and it was a wonderful experience! The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from Termini Station, making it easy to explore the city. Despite being so central, it offers a quiet and comfortable stay.

The room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a pleasant visit. The bed was comfortable, and the housekeeping service kept everything spotless throughout my stay. The bathroom was also well-maintained, with good water pressure and hot water available at all times.

One of the best things about staying here was the convenience of having Marylou Café Bistrot right next door. It was the perfect spot for a delicious breakfast or a quick coffee before heading out for the day. The atmosphere was cozy, and the food was fresh and tasty.

The hotel staff were friendly and always ready to help with recommendations or any requests. They made check-in and check-out easy and stress-free.

Overall, Hotel Giorgina is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Rome. It offers a great balance of affordability, comfort, and location. I would definitely stay here...
