Our arrival in Rome was more stressful than anticipated, however from the moment we checked in to Hotel Andreotti those troubles began to subside. The concierge greeted us warmly and let us know they were available for anything we may need. The room was charming and romantic, with a soaring high ceiling, upholstered walls, red drawn-back curtains, and a lovely queen bed (we booked a double, so this was a pleasant surprise). For being in the city centre, the room blocked out almost all noise, and the curtains blocked the light, allowing for great sleeps every night we were there. The location is also fantastic, being close to the central Termini, allowing for easy access to the trains that run to the airport or other destinations in Italy, and the metro. But that didn't matter for us since we were able to walk everywhere, and only took the metro to get to the Vatican. Lastly, the breakfast was incredible!!! If you stay in Rome and want to save your outings (and some money) for lunch and dinner, book a bed & breakfast package. Fruit, toast, spreads, eggs, salad, breads, cheeses, yogurt, a hot table, coffee, and sweets -- you get it all! The same would cost exorbitant amounts at any of the cafes we saw. The one negative thing I can say about Andreotti was that the bathroom shower was very small, and somehow the water would leak out onto the bathroom floor, so we had to use lots of towels to dry it up. But considering all of the other benefits, it was easy to overlook. I would gladly stay here again, and have already recommended it to family...

At 11:00 pm the floor of our bathroom was covered with dirty shower water from the room above. I went down to the desk and the gentleman, while polite, informed me that there was nothing he could do. He couldn’t get maintenance, the hotel was full and we had to stay in our room. He talked to the manager who was no help. He gave me a stack of towels so I could clean it up and promised me that he had early departures and would have a bathroom cleaned by 7:00 am so we could shower before our early tour departure. At 7:00 am he gave me the key to the newly cleaned room. Fortunately, I checked the room before we moved our stuff. Upon entering I encountered someone who had been sleeping until I woke them up. Returning to the front desk the young lady, who was not polite, said it must have been a computer problem that caused them to send us to an occupied room. There was no clean room.|I suggested to the manager via email that they might compensate us for little sleep, no showers, having to pack up and move with a room for one night the following weekend when we came back through Rome. Her reply was a $20 discount from what I could book online. Her reply included repeating a series of lies from the young lady, downplaying the problems and a lot of excuses. Stuff happens especially when you’re traveling. But, the hotel manager had the opportunity to make things right and...

I am truly at a loss for words to fully express how satisfied I was with our stay at LH Andreotti Hotel. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every aspect of our experience was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—they were warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive. A special shout-out to Rebecca and Ilaria, who greeted us with such kindness and even offered us two welcome drinks during check-in, setting the tone for a wonderful stay.||Our room was everything we could have asked for and more: spacious, spotlessly clean, thoughtfully renovated, and incredibly comfortable. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—conveniently close to shops, bus stops, the metro, and Termini Station, making it easy to explore the city. Just around the corner, you’ll find a variety of authentic Italian restaurants, with La Famiglia being a standout that I highly recommend.||The breakfast was another highlight, offering a fantastic selection of fresh bread, ham, cheese, yogurt, pastries, and more. It was the perfect way to start each day.||If you’re looking for a place that offers excellent value for your money, LH Andreotti Hotel is an absolute must. I cannot recommend it enough and would gladly stay here again on...

At first, I was shocked by the hotel entrance and room. However, I felt excited when I thought that this was the only place I could stay in Rome. It is fantastic to use the lift that I only saw in movies... The breakfast was very filling, including cheese, salami, cereal, two types of egg dishes, meal bread and dessert bread, and a juice machine and two coffee machines. The only vegetables are tomatoes and cucumbers, but there was also fruit and yogurt. It was a card key, the refrigerator worked well, and there was an electric pot. It was interesting because the bathroom sink was very wide, and the shower room was very narrow. There were slippers, a shower cap, cotton swabs, bar soap, and a liquid wash that was attached to the shower room wall. Be sure to bring hair treatment! Although it was an old-fashioned accommodation, it was clean and well maintained. The location is really good. There is a supermarket nearby, but it was disappointing that it was found out on the day of check-out....

A bit far from the station, but within walking distance. The best part of this hotel is that it’s very close to a Conad supermarket, which is much cheaper than the Conad at the train station. The single room was small, but the bed was big and comfy enough. The basic breakfast was also good enough. However, the almonds were stale—not fresh. I regret putting them in my yogurt. It was also a great opportunity for me to try an old European elevator. I wasn’t used to using it, so someone helped me out when I checked out. It was just a funny experience, not a bad one at all. There were 3 small downsides: 1. A slightly smelly bathroom, but not bad enough to complain. 2. No Wi-Fi in my room—only in the lobby lounge. (It wasn’t too bad for a digital detox.) 3. There were two complimentary bottles of water. One with a blue cap seemed to have already been opened and didn’t look fresh, so I didn’t drink it. The green one was fine—I opened that one myself.

I would recommended this hotel if you are looking for somewhere for a good price near Termini. It's affordable, well located and the staff are lovely. However. Note the only plug available to actually plug into is one socket in bathroom. So try and bring an adapter that has more than one socket. The bathroom smells of drains (not only in my room but also in my family member's room two floors above) and if you leave the bathroom door open the whole room will smell of the drainage too. The walls in the rooms were also dirty looking. On a positive note, the whole hotel has a cute, authentic, Italian feel to it. I just wouldn't want to spend a significant portion of my day there. The breakfast area is very clean and had something for everyone and the bar and communal area near the bar is lovely too.
