Wonderful lodging in a very convenient location. It took us about 5 minutes to walk with rolling luggage from the Termini train station. Check-in instructions were easy to follow. We were met by a friendly lady who walked us through the apartment and provided us with maps and details about restaurants and groceries nearby. The apartment was very spacious with comfortable furnishings. I was originally concerned about traffic noise when we arrived because we were on the ground floor but there were double windows and we couldn't hear anything when they were closed. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed including an electric kettle. Hot water was consistent and water pressure was good. There was a hair dryer in the bathroom. The bed was comfy and the bedroom was dark with black-out curtains. There is an outside courtyard that we used for relaxing with a glass of wine and a book after a day of exploring. We found we could get on the Hop-On-Hop Off bus about four blocks away which was fabulous for us. There is a good grocery store two blocks away. There is also a great Deli about 4 blocks away for buying a sandwich for lunch or if you are traveling by train out of Rome. The neighborhood felt really safe and we had no issues wandering around. Very easy place to spend time in and we would stay here again...

I was very pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and sunlight of the room at the budget we booked. Make sure to read and respond to the email by Anna on what time your flight will arrive, so that someone is there to give you the keys. She graciously gave me a kind follow-up email when I did not respond first time. (Shame is on me)
We arrived on a early flight but were let in early (depends when previous customer exits the room though so just a lucky accommodation this time), and settlement of the bill was smooth. We also received some maps of the area and a list of restaurants to visit as a guide, which I felt was welcoming.
My wife really liked that we had a decent kitchen with a good set of utensils and cups/tables, with family-size refrigerator, so that she could cook some meals after buying ingredients at the nearby Conad City Supermarket. I am guessing due to laws, there is no oil, or salt and pepper type condiments, so you either have to buy or maybe prepare a small portion from home.
There are also washers and dryers in the basement, but can be in full use at times. Also the coin changer did not seem to work briefly, but worked when I came back another time (all you have to do is stick a Euro bill and get coins).

Read moreThey promised early check-in, but when we arrived at 7:00 AM, there was no key. We waited until 9:30 AM for someone to arrive, only to be told that early check-in was not possible and we had to wait until 1:30 PM for self check-in. We wasted two and a half hours!!

Thank you very much for everything you've done for us :)
We provided our arrival time as 6:35, but we didn’t specify whether it was in the morning or evening, which likely caused some misunderstanding due to written communication. We should have paid more attention to the information provided by the hotel.
Also, so far our stay has been great—the room is just as shown...
