Hotel Argentina — Hotel in Santa Margherita Ligure

Won't be stopping here again rude and not helpful . We asked about the heating he raised his arms and said 22 degree what do you want me to do about it .!!my freinds room.was cold so.she stopped with me as he couldn't sort out the heater. couldnt use" hot tub "as it for a private suite so why have it on the photos REALLY !!"so what the point in having one !! Hairdryer blew up in my bathroom as the button.wouldnt work he needs to look at his maintenance work , looked at me asthough I was the culprit .as he was rushing in the bathroom to.stop a fire hazard .He entered my freind room.whilst she was asleep.and looked in didn't like that she was nervous .(weird ).what if you were with your partner in.a loving moment.!! And he was popping in.!! Disgusting. HE Didn't enter my room we were worried about asking for the hotel security number as we couldnt remember it .and his face was like thunder !! And looked as he was going to explode .!! He Charged us €10 euros for hot water and a bit of milk .and spouted out" "service is service" i raised my eyebrow.to him."un believeable",he wasnt happy miserable as "sin curt and rude, i asked about taking a bus ride away from.paraggi Nothing there he screamed only sea !!" portofino" he screamed is the place .you wanna be going to he might as well shouted morons to us !!,wont be going back to portofino ". "The italian government couldnt pay for me to.go back " , there what a miserable bunch of horrible people not all .some shop keepers were vile and the one innthe restaurant in the town was horrid place !! The local.youth were pulling faces at her and laughing a vile woman..some of the restaurant were a bit rude and threw the menus at us !! The scenery is absoutley gorgeous but the shop folk are absoulute miseries ,and vile because you ain't spending money like a" rich actor "or celebrity!! Or you havnt got a big yacht Rich comes to.mind we all ain't!! Rich Rude rude rude . Obnoxious comes to mind .confuscious comment would say dont open.shop if you cant smile well in their case never . some of the other hotels we went in were freindley. The ducks were freindley and the stork.and the bus driver was helpful. forgetl hotel argentina that should be the otherside of the universe.!! With his hot tub and his hotwater charge .with some of the shop keepers and restaurants a miserable witch.!! In that place . But the dog sophia was lfreindley at the hotel would have had more sense from.her !!! Anyway 1 star is the only star i can give !! That place ..what a holiday to remember !!!, porofino.1 star italian riveria more like adaptation from.a film."misery :hotel com.have received my complaint .and he has my email .so just want to.tell my fellow travellers avoid like the plaque bad management and bad attitude!!,and bad miserable tourist destination all they want is your money !!with no kindness....

Unfortunately we had a bad overall experience. The room charge for the small, run down and poorly soundproofed room on the 3rd floor (55 high steps), are €180 plus visitor's tax. The "double bed" is about 160cm wide, has only one mattress, rocks and makes it difficult to sleep. The tiny (75cmx75cm) shower has a fixed shower head only, so showering is solely possible while washing your hair. There is no free socket to charge the smartphone. The socket in the bathroom for the electric shaver is broken. The WiFi does not provide an internet connection (other guests have already complained several times in vain). A parking space nearby will be arranged for €30. We could not find a free access to the close-by beach. The footpath to Portofino is currently closed. The breakfast is rich and magnificent, included in the room price. Very friendly staff. All in all, the picture adds up to a far overpriced area around Portofino where you shouldn't spend your vacation if you want to...

Disgusting place that you can only choose. starting from the service, which is completely absent here. From the crazy woman at the reception to the owner of this hotel. If you need a check-in at 8.10pm, then at 8.00pm they finished working. They send you instructions on how to do it yourself. everything seems ok. except that they don’t tell you where the parking is. and they can’t send a picture on WhatsApp with a mark that the parking is “here”. then in the morning they greet you with a scream that the parking is over there. where is the mark about this??? “we shouldn’t have such a map”. great!! then provide service at the cemetery, where no info are needed. people don’t care there. unfortunately. then they take your key, although your things and luggage are in the room. what the hell? the worst place that you can simply choose here. it’s better to pay x2 and not know the worries and troubles, than to get on your nerves for your own money....
