Wonderful unassuming apartment. We had a fabulous stay here at the end of August 2024. First impressions were, very light and airy, spotlessly clean, a lot bigger than you would think and beautifully designed. We were only 2 people but you could easily have a family stay with 2 double/king beds and a day bed that turns into a double. The kitchen had everything we needed, coffee/nespresso maker with complimentary coffee, kettle, toaster, oven, also table top oven, all the cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, cups and glasses, fridge freezer and washing machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer. All good quality. There was a lovely dining room that can fit 6 people and a comfortable seating area with a music system. It is 5 -8 minutes walk to just about everything, shops, patisserie, gelato, restaurants and all the historical sights with a beautiful park right in the centre of syracuse. Anyone wanting to spend time in Ortigia just has about 8 minutes to walk through some lovely streets. We had a car and parked for free on the street behind the apartment although you can also park at the apartment. The owner Giuseppe was so helpful on advice of where to go, what to see, restaurants, in fact anything you needed, he created a group chat on whatsapp to make it easy for contact. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this home and if we get back to Syracuse we wouldn’t hesitate...

Si vede proprio che i proprietari hanno esperienza oppure sono stati ben consigliati. La casa in sé non manca di nulla, tutto quello che paradossalmente può servire la trovate in qualche pensile o cassetto. Le camere sono arredate in modo da agevolare i classici movimenti che si fanno con borse valige scarpe ecc.. Casa molto pulita tutti i mobili i letti e i vari arredi sono alti dal pavimento proprio per non fare depositare polvere e mantenere sempre pulito. Bagno nuovo con bellissima doccia. Ottima se la casa serve ha due coppie perché le camere sono distanti tra loro. Vicinissima ad ortigia e comoda anche per le varie commissioni. Cambierei i condizionatori se non sembrano siano in perfetto stato e darei una sistemata alla cucina che sembri stia cadendo a pezzi. Per il resto...

Appartamento spazioso, fresco, pulito, curato nell’arredamento e dotato di tutti i comfort. Posizione centrale e tranquilla a pochi passi da Ortigia e comodo punto di partenza per tutte le mete del Siracusano, con facilità di parcheggio sotto casa. Abbiamo trascorso una piacevolissima settimana a Luglio sentendoci subito come a casa nostra, grazie all’accoglienza ed al supporto di Giuseppe, proprietario efficiente e persona squisita. Appena possibile torneremo a Siracusa in questo appartamento, per continuare a scoprire questa meravigliosa città. Cinque stelle...
