It was my first time visiting Venice back in may this year, my boyfriend surprised me for my 30th Birthday. ||What can I say, this B&B was a hidden gem, and the staff were amazing, we hadn't even met Andria yet and he sent emails prior to our stay, rang us on arrival at the airport to make sure we had directions to find the B&B - outstanding customer service. ||The rooms were very modern and clean and the view we had was perfect. We were greeted every morning with table service on a cute open outside veranda with fresh fruit, croissants and also a warm breakfast, Andria & Julia were very attentive and made the experience very pleasant and always asked if we were okay and if we ever needed anything. ||I would highly recommend staying here if you ever visit Venice, location was fantastic.||Definitely buy the multiple all day passes on the public boats, you definitely get your moneys worth, they even go out to other surrounding islands as well as the whole of Venice. ||If I ever visited Venice again I would definitely stay here and I'd recommend if to family and friends too! :) ||Thanks again...

It was clean and the provision of towels, cotton buds and cotton pads were nice added touches.||Location wise it was perfect, situated just off of a lively square (no issues with noise though) within walking distance of the main attractions. Breakfast was more than adequate- croissants, fresh fruit, bread, eggs, yogurt, juice and the best coffee!||We paid €140 for the night for the 3 of us, so around €47...
