We had a pleasant stay here. To find it, look for a tan colored building with an unassuming entrance. The doorway is next to the "La Contadina" mozzarella shop. Arena Suites is located on the second floor- you'll buzz in through the door intercom and then take the elevator up. Once you're inside the Arena Suites main door, there is an "L" shaped hallway with the individual suites inside. We were in the TOSCA SUITE, which was spacious, clean and modern. It had all the amenities one would expect- small bottles of toiletries were provided and the shower was hot and had good water pressure. In the main room there was a desk, slippers, coffee/tea and some tasty packaged biscuits (cookies) for the a.m., a small safe, mini fridge and a closet. There was also a popcorn machine but we did not try it out.

It's just a short, 10-minute walk to Piazza Bra and the Arena, so everything in the centro is easily accessible. An important thing to remember for next time is that reservations for dinner should be made ahead- we wanted to dine at Ru Yi but they were fully booked and were not taking walk-ups. We also tried the pizza place a few doors down from our suite, and the people without reservations were only being seated outside (a bit cold).

A few side notes: The Tosca Suite is located at the front of the building and has a balcony overlooking the street. There was a fair amount of traffic, as we were in Verona on a busy holiday weekend, but the street noise was not bothersome. The suite has a little step up that runs between the bedroom and the bathroom, but it is marked very well so you do not trip on it. The room cost did not get charged to my VISA until the end of the stay and there is a little box on the desk in the room for you to conveniently leave the cash for the city tax.

The owner, Francesco, was very responsive through email and WhatsApp. Unfortunately, we left some belongings behind in the safe as we rushed off to catch a train and he was very helpful in getting our items back to us.

I'd recommend this place and would stay here again...

We both really enjoyed our stay in Verona, these rooms were in the perfect location, just a walk away from some of the main attractions. If you are looking for a base to spend down time for your holiday Arena Suite is perfect; if you are looking for the 'hotel' experience with everything included (e.g. breakfast and room service) you may want to stay elsewhere but this was perfect for what we needed. ||The room was clean with all the amenities you could dream of and the host was one of the most accommodating people ever, we were able to leave our bags as we arrived early and knew they would be safe in office area. The bus stop just 2 minute walk away (if that) meant we could hop on a bus into town (free travel with the Verona card) and also get a 1hr bus to Lake Garda for a day trip which was great. ||Comfy beds, great shower/bathroom, wardrobe space etc. Our only concern was coming back late at night as the rooms are all in one section of the building we didn't want to be too loud when returning to disturb any other guests stay!||We would...

This is an ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!

This is NOT a HOTEL and I’m unsure why this place pops up on HOTEL SEARCHES, how this place is rated as EXCEPTIONAL ?!! Or Luxury or comfortable??!

This is an old -Under construction residential apartment. It took us nearly 30 minutes just to believe this place is our “Hotel” as there is barely any entrance, or any reception. You will Receive PAGES of essay on check in instruction . Apartment stinks and the suit area has a very strong scent of diffuser to wash out the stink …. So be ready for headache …. We first were given a room extreamly noisy like you’re sleeping in an intersection…. Then we were moved to a quieter room with less scent of diffuser

There is no secured parking for you ( we were given the owner’s but that was an exception again)

The unit is very clean with towel and shampoos and looks the same as it’s posted on the ads, but this is NOT A HOTEL which was extremely upsetting and our worse night in our...

Beautiful rooms and perfectly located. Close to walking distance to all the major attractions!! We arrived quite a lot earlier and were able to drop our suitcase off in a small luggage room free of charge, which was very helpful! Very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom with plenty of towels & toiletries!! We would definitely stay here again and can recommend highly to anyone else thinking of staying here! Thank you Francesco you & your property were amazing!

We went for my husband's birthday vacation, the communication was very helpful and smooth (our direct contact was Francesco) he gave us all the information about the place, the access, the nearby restaurants, the room was very clean and cozy with a luxurious atmosphere, all the famous historical places were 5-10 mins walking distance, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ❤️
