The property is located in the city center, very convenient for sightseeing. The room is located on the second floor of the building (NB. there is no lift!) Very clean, spacious and comfortable, newly refurbished in good taste and good quality amenities. There are actually four rooms with access to one shared kitchen, fully equipped, and a small terrace in the back. Breakfast and refreshments were included though not many choices. We had a room with a balcony facing the street which was a little bit noisy at night but rather charming in the morning! The residence is wonderful, comfortable and clean. I stayed at the king room that is actually a full apartment for three people. I had an issue with the bed's mattress that was extremely uncomfortable however the kind owner immediately changed the mattress in my bedroom. The owner is really kind and available to solve all the issues. You just need to text him (even via whatsapp). The location is absolutely perfect to visit Verona by feet and it has a big free car parking 5 minutes far by feet. I really suggest this place to visit Verona. The breakfast is "minimal" but was more than enough...

Good location for the price as it was within walking distance from the main attractions and tourist areas in Verona. ||There was no lift so those with huge luggages should take note that you would have to drag everything up 2 floors. ||Inside the place generally felt clean. There was a kitchen area which had a microwave, induction pots and pants but did not have a water kettle. ||Towels soap shampoo were provided, although no toothbrush/toothpaste.
