Arsenale Suites — Hotel in Verona

We had a wonderful two night stay at Arsenale Suites. Check in was very smooth using an electronic link. The host was very friendly and helpful and although we never met in person, he was very quick to answer questions on WhatsApp. The room was beautiful and clean and had a tiny garden which would have been lovely to use if we had visited in the summer. The bathroom was very clean and with a really nice shower.||Breakfast was available partly in the room (non-perishables), partly in the fridge in the shared breakfast/lounge area (milk, yoghurt, juice etc) and partly through an online order placed by us the evening before via a link sent from the host. This worked really well and the breakfast was better than many other places we've stayed in Italy. ||A huge plus for the great location (10 minutes walk to main square of Verona), all the smart solutions (electronic check in etc), and as a bonus there was also Netflix available in the room, which we enjoyed after an intense day of exploring Verona and lake Garda.||We would definitely recommend this lovely B&B for anyone...

We had such a wonderful stay here during our time in Verona. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. Everything was clean, comfortable, and stylish. I was sent detailed instructions on how to find and access the property. They give you a link to a website you use to open the doors and gate to the property. We came with a car and parked on the street right in front, but I’m not sure if that was correct or not. We were greeted upon arrival with amazing hospitality. You order breakfast, which is included, on a website and it’s delivered in a little box. They have options like croissants, ham, fresh juices, cheeses, and other things. It’s located in walking distance to the main town.

We booked directly through Arsenale’s website, which I always do because it ensures smooth check in and cancellation if needed as opposed to booking through a third party site. I also learned that booking directly on the site is better for the business owner, and I want to support the owners directly.

Overall this was a wonderful stay and I’d love to come back some day! I will recommend to anyone...

We stayed in Arsenale Suites for 2 nights during a very nice stay in Verona. There are 3 rooms and we had the room with the beautiful wallpaper. I think it is called Tio.||||The room is spacious with a good bed and nice bathroom. Right outside the room you have a small terrace with 2 chairs and a table. Nice for a drink before going out for dinner. Everything feels very new and well maintained. Matteo told us he has the b&b for 1,5 years now.||||Check in goes through a link via whatsapp that opens the doors you need to pass (garden door, house door, room door). This works very easy.||||Breakfast can be served in the little breakfast room or you can take it to your room/terrace. It consisted of small pastries, bread, yoghurt, etc. We took it in the breakfast room for easy coffee refills.||||Matteo is a friendly relaxed host who is there if you want to ask questions. ||||The b&b and surroundings are quiet so you can sleep...
