B&B In Arena l'Opera — Hotel in Verona

We arrived to be greeted by the charming and quirky owner. He explained the workings of the keys, showed us around in depth and made us feel extremely welcome, actually at home. We were offered complete use of the kitchen and everything we needed. Parking was available when we stayed and we were shown in person to our space in the garage. ||||The room was very large, clean, nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. The building is in a great position, really close to the city center (about five minutes walk) and very quiet. Having said that, we stayed in a bedroom with a shared bathroom; there were no windows in it, the ventilation system was not working properly, so the room was always smelly and wet.||In addition to this, the bathroom was clean during the first day, but in the following days was not carried out any cleaning (and it' s not acceptable if you consider that it was used by six people!).||We had to prepare the breakfast on our own, because food was in the kitchen, so we had to cook it as we were in a hostel. Abbiamo scelto questo B&B perché sembrava rispondere alle nostre esigenze ma, sembrava... Viene scritto ovunque che la struttura dista all'incirca un km dallo stadio Bentegodi e invece siamo a più di due km... Ma quello è il meno... La struttura offre (a pagamento di €15 al giorno) il parcheggio privato cosa che naturalmente avevamo optato di prendere ma, nonostante l'invio di mail per chiedere conferma ma mai evase, una settimana prima del soggiorno ci è stato detto che il parcheggio non era disponibile.... Giunti in loco siamo stati accolti da una gentilissima persona tuttofare ke ci ha accolti molto bene spiegandoci tutto. Peccato che alle 11:15 la camera nn era ancora pronta... La camera molto spaziosa con bagno all'interno e climatizzatore ma aimè il bagno è cieco, senza bidè e con una cabina doccia dell'ante guerra.... La colazione al mattino nulla di che ma, solo con brioches confezionate e qualche cereale abbinato ad un caffè in capsule nn granché buono... |Allora voi mi direte:stando alla recensione il voto sarebbe uno su cinque ma mi sento di dare due solo per la gentilezza, disponibilità e simpatia del tuttofare quindi non potendo mettere zero su cinque, metterò due solo ed esclusivamente per la persona che ci ha accolto.... Proprietari inesistenti e dulcis in fundo procuratevi del contante perché all'interno della struttura nn esiste un pos....il tutto alla modifica cifra di 150€ per una notte...
