Ambiente raffinato ed elegante, sottofondo di musica, personale gentile e preparato, ottime bevande e brioches. Prezzi contenuti, locale adatto anche per rilassarsi con tavolini comodi e puliti,unico problema è stato alla cassa e per questo dò 2 stelle. Oggi ho pagato 2 caffè con 20 euro e il cameriere alla cassa una volta preso il contante e nel mentre ritornava il resto di 16,40 si è fermato ,credo avendo dei dubbi, e mi ha richiesto nuovamente il pagamento ,io con calma gli ho detto che aveva già preso le 20 euro altrimenti non mi avrebbe calcolato poi dopo il resto di 16,40 , ma lui purtroppo ha insistito che non aveva ricevuto nessun pagamento, poi gli è venuto un secondo dubbio, sé nuovamente fermato ha capito di aver fatto un errore ed è rimasto in silenzio,questo perché si è ricordato di aver preso il contante.

Da premettere che una signora affianco a me, che ringrazio, ha cercato di farmi capire che il cameriere aveva frainteso inquanto mi vedeva con diverse banconote nelle mani e si era confuso.

(Adesso non è accaduto nulla, ma una volta fatto l'errore si chiede anche scusa , dato che in quel frangente prendi per ladro un cliente davanti a delle persone poi per cosa?? per 2 caffè)... Quindi chiusa parentesi, ho capito l' errore e per me rimane un annedoto superato, ma la prossima volta dire al cliente "mi scusi ho sbagliato" non è poi qualcosa di così...

Disgusting attitude to building and hotel next to the bar. 00:30 music is loud, windows are open so that you can hear music as if you at a party, people on the street are shouting. I hope the manager of this bar sees this message and actually does something with this disrespect! The receptionist of our hotel asked to close the windows and doors to stop this loud nonsense but nobody paid any...
