Ball Apartments — Hotel in Verona

My husband , 5 year old and I stayed here for three weeks . We loved the space , the proximity to all the local sights and food places. The unit had a good kitchen which enabled me to cook decent meals when we didn’t want to go out . Also a fantastic deck to eat on and enjoy a local vino.! maurizio the owner was helpful as well ||||Had three double bedrooms and two big bathrooms and a massive living room wth a big tv . Down stairs was a local bar, day spa , convenience store and gift shop which was very handy ! Very short stroll to the arena , Aldi and pam for groceries . We managed to walk the town and explore so many things ! ||Loved the location ! Nice place to come home to when we were sight seeing , and when we wanted to chill it was a home away from home :)...

Sono arrivata in questo b&b e nonostante avessi avvisato a che ora era previsto il mio arrivo non c'era nessuno. Chiamo e per telefono mi dicono che in 19 minuti sarebbe arrivato il figlio ad aprirmi. Arriva un ragazzino di 10 anni scarsi mi mostra l'appartamento non sa darmi nessuna indicazione sulla città, non sa mostrarmi come si arrivi alla stazione. Mi dice di lasciare al ceck out i soldi sul tavolo e intanto di dargli la tassa di soggiorno.mi mostra la fattura in completa senza segnalare iva e imponibile. L'appartamento in se è carino ma ciò non basta. È in un sottoscala un po umido, la doccia bella ma poco funzionale per l'uscita dell'acqua, non tutte le finestre sono dotate di grate e ciò rende insicuri. Anche i gradini accanto alla cucina rendono il passaggio stretto per poter usare la cucina.il set cortesia non è altro che bagnoschiuma già aperti(e finiti) e usari da altri, poco igienico.
