Atami House — Hotel in Atami

We (group of 3) were staying here for one night during golden weekand had the most amazing experience. The owner is incredibly kind and friendly. We rented some expensive bikes which we could store in the cellar over the night. The house contains a party cellar (which we did not use), multiple Japanese style sleeping rooms including separate toilets, bathroom and small kitchen. Moreover there is a bigger shared kitchen next to the rooftop terrace. Above the terrace is a chillout area including a roof top onsen with ocean view. We payed 4000¥ per person. Would definitely...

5人で宿泊しました。階段の上り下りはちょっと大変ですが、軽い運動とポジティブに思ってください。玄関・廊下は激狭なので大きいスーツケースはオススメしません。 和洋折衷を盛り込んだ非日常的な空間で、しかも大半はオーナーの手作りということだそうです。ユニークな建築や内装が好きな人は楽しめるはずです！ 本棚には膨大な図書があって漫画も充実しています。屋上の露天風呂も最高ですが、近隣の建物から見えるといえば見えるので、気になる方には室内の温泉風呂もあります。 忘れ物をしてしまったら着払いで郵送してくださり、助かりました！

Recommended for a group of about 4-8 people who don't mind some exercise going up and down stairs! We had a wonderful time here, 1 night was too short! but I recommend not bringing any large suitcases because it will be super challenging in the very narrow entrance and steep stairs.

大人数でワイワイできる施設ですが、田舎なので20時超えると露天風呂やBBQは使えなくなると思った方が良いかもしれません。施設のルールによると、21時まで利用できますが、実際に20時頃の話し声で近隣の住民に通報されました。 また、地下室のカラオケ施設の利用について、思ったより高い追加料金です。防音が非常に悪くて、遅くまでカラオケを使用するのが難しいです。4階までカラオケの音が聞こえますので、先に寝たい人にとっては大変です。 チェックインは16時から可能になります。（チェックアウトは10時）21時までに温泉とお湯が出なくなります。そのため5時間以内全員BBQとお風呂が完了しなければなりません。 また、ルールによると、自ら皿洗いやゴミの分類、ゴミ出しなどの掃除はしなければなりません。実質上施設での遊べる時間が少ないと思います。 上記の理由でコスパが低いと思います。大人数より少...
