M's Stay Okinawa — Hotel in Chatan

Ms rooms are clean, new and bright. With washing machine and dryer! Parking is ¥500/night for first 2 nights, then ¥1,000/stay for more than 2 nights. Cooking utensils etc are ¥1,000. Large fridge and IH electric cooker tabletop, plus Microwave and electric kettle provided. Convenient area for food and Route 58. Staff are friendly and polite! The reason why I didn’t give 5 stars in the final review came down to 2 points : The wifi connection can be slow, especially if you use the free fire tv stick 4K with the tv. Evening connection was slow. The second point is that on several days families with children running up and down the rooms above ours were noisy and quite audible! Why not put the families with small children on the lower floors, and the single or adult customers on the higher floors?? It’s common sense! Otherwise very satisfied with our 10 day stay. Finally why are so many cars parked outside the hotel on the roadside illegally. It doesn’t look good...

Great! If you need a place for multiple weeks or even a couple of months, I’d highly recommend this. Cleanliness is 10/10. The amenities are great, big room, kitchenware can be rented for a 1000 yen, pretty much very decent room to stay. I would definitely go back. The only down side of this hotel was the location, it’s a little farther to American Village/beaches. Though there is a Familymart/Lawson nearby (maybe 5 minutes walk) and a park close to it, but if you are in Okinawa to explore, this might not be the greatest for the location....

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and it had everything we needed. While it was a bit disappointing that the kitchen lacked cooking supplies (available for an extra 1,000 yen), the overall experience was pleasant. It’s a 10–15 minute walk to American Village, and we appreciated the in-room washer and separate dryer—especially since some of my clothes can’t be machine-dried. Detergent is available downstairs for 50 yen per load. Rooms aren’t cleaned during the stay, but fresh towels are available...
