I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this one. WORST SERVICE and BAD food quality. Definitely one of the WORST. specially if you have kids Serves half-cooked rice...
Long story short, I had to pay $60 for 2 bowl of TKG rice and only 5 plates of very small portions of meat, and one half cook rice and it took about 50mins to even get that much. Oh, and that $60 wasn’t even my table.
The first order we placed was for our kid And it NEVER came, our second order came just fine, but as we place another order (and it’s only small portions of 2,3 dishes) each time it gets slower and they start forgetting a dish or 2.. out of 3.. and the portions were definitely getting lesser and lesser from 4 slices to 2 slices of meat. I tried to ask the staffs but was ignored 3 times.. while making eye contacts.. I had to stand up and stop one of them just to get one of the staffs to respond, and when I asked when is my kids food gonna be ready?(it’s already been 30minutes since we placed our order) the staffs reply was, I’m so sorry, “we’ll bring it right now” We waited for another 15minutes but it still wasn’t out... in fact all of our orders stopped. So I asked for the manager and the manager showed up, FINALLY with two of our first order but when my kid, Now unwillingly has his first bite of his rice he threw it up, so I tried the rice and realize it tasted and felt weird cause it wasn’t fully cooked. At this point My 4yrs old was already tired and was moody and didn’t want to eat. And me and my wife already lost our appetite So we decided to just leave. but just as I swiped my card, I was told that that wasn’t my table’s tab and that I paid someone’s else table... while the cashier says “but it’s okay sir, the price should be similar and there shouldn’t be a big difference”. Supposed to be one great day for me and my family, completely ruined. There are way more cheaper with way better quality and service if you’re looking for shabushabu. This was a Monday night around 20:30 And the place definitely wasn’t...
Read moreThis review is for Onyasai, which is in the upstairs part of the building and has Shabu Shabu (meat cooked in boiling broth). Downstairs is Gyukaku, which is a Yakiniku (grilled meat).
Onyasai has paper menus in English and Japanese but you order from the tablet on the table, which can be set to English. If you look clueless (like me), the waitress will come over and ask what you want and put it into the tablet for you.
You have 3 types of meals to select from: All you can eat, set meals or A la carte. Select 2 types of broth to cook the food in and select what side you want (rice/noodles/etc). I got a set meal which comes with 3 meats, vegetables and a side (rice). It wasn’t a lot of food, but it was enough for me.

Read moreWe really enjoyed our time here. The food was high quality and the service was outstanding. Only one of the servers spoke English very well but do not let that stop you from going. They are very patient and will work with you through translating apps if you need help.
We had a spicy dashi broth and wagyu broth that were both very good. I favored the spicy as it complimented the meet and rice plates. We ordered the all you can eat beef and it was reasonably priced. You have about 80-90 minutes to eat but it was honestly a good block of time and we never felt rushed.
All of the sides were good too. Clean, friendly staff, and worth your time to visit and have a great time with many friends. This is definitely a place to go to with friends and...
