SORAPIA Villa Mt.FUJI Front — Hotel in Fujikawaguchiko

For some reason I was not sent a QR Code to my email to check in. I was sent a pin number which was not necessary or utilized. We arrived at the villa several hours early and called to see if we could check in early, they apparently have a strict after 3pm check-in. We found a place and paid to store our luggage and then came back to the villa at 3pm. Again, still had not received the QR Code. Called again, was hung up on. Called back, was told it would take 10 minutes. Called back and was asked for my email, was put on hold then was asked for my email again (which was already provided at booking).Then was asked to send them an email, they didn't get it and then was asked to send to personal icloud email. They finally found my email and sent the QR Code to me at close to 4pm which was an hour after check-in and we had to stand out in the sun the entire time. This was so frustrating and ridiculous. My email address was in the reservation, why it took so long is crazy. The process needs to be updated so this doesn't happen to other people. There was a huge spider above the TV in the corner, we got rid of it but it was creepy.The view from the villa was great!The beds were nice!Loved the double showers! The body sponges are so clever and left our skin feeling smoothe!The clothes drying was very innovative and did work effectively, needed to turn the heater on twice to get the clothes dry. Towel rack on the wall was broken on the right side, the rod wouldn't stay in.The one pot in the kitchen was burnt on the bottom inside, we tried to clean it to use it but could not. This is for Villa 3. The total property has 4 villas, which appear quite similar from outside. A WC on the ground level. 2 shower rooms within the washing machine room with 2 washbasins. (Another WC would have really helped instead of 2 shower areas!). A living room on Ground level with a small back yard with a barbeque grill. No Iron or ironing board, no water glasses, just steel mugs (Like in old western movies). However lots of things like Tea, drip coffee, spices, olive oil etc. 2 bedrooms on 1st level without any wc etc. Villa 1 & 4 have the larger backyard. Location is quite good with short walk to railway station, 7-11, lawson etc. Walls are super thin so you can easily get disturbed by people in the other villas. Great view (on a clear day) of Mt. It was a great location, just a short walk from Kawaguchiko Station, with Mt. Fuji right in front of you. The rooms are also stylish. There is also a living room, so you can relax even if you are a group. This time I stayed for a short time, but if I have another chance, I would like to stay for a longer time and use it as a base to enjoy the nearby...
