Check-in reminders & process was easy, pre-register of guests were helpful. Location was easy to find, though we had to pass small inner roads to arrive at the location, it is easy if you drive to the villa, otherwise walking will be inconvenient. Villa is new & lovely, we were pleasantly surprised. Living, dining & kitchen were located on the 2nd floor while bedrooms all on the ground floor. We werent able to utilize the bathtub as there werent English instructions how to operate the bathtub & wasnt able to fill up the big tub quickly. It would’ve been nice if there was instructions in English to operate it, just like how the other amenities like washing machine, projector, stove & etc. had English instructions. Overall,...

The villa is new and good for family, 2 bedroom with 2 beds each at the ground floor. The bathroom, washing machine and toilet are at the G/F. Tatami can be used at the first floor. The kitchen is big enough and everything is ready for cooking. The supermarket is near which just spend 5-8 mins to drive. The excellent view of Fuji mountain at the rooftop! One thing need to caution, if anyone drives a big car, ours one is Toyota villfire, the road is really really narrow to drive to the villa. The narrow entrance is just next to the Italian pizza restaurant. You may not really think it is for car to go. If possible, villa can add an entrance signal at that entrance for...

We stayed here for 3 days with our dog. This property was big for the 3 of us. So comfortable and peaceful there. The place is near the supermarket (by car) and many good places so if you have a car, it’s convenient to visit any time of the day. I personally just wanted to stay in the house. You can actually see a little of Mt. Fuji from the garden, balcony, and bathroom on the second floor.

The road going to the property is a bit narrow but it’s worth it. I didn’t notice any closet there but there were hangers and a clothing rack provided on the first floor so it wasn’t a problem. Our dog enjoyed playing in the garden. Loved...
