The room is not huge but cozy, and the location is excellent, very close to many restaurants in Hakata (less than 10mins walk to Ichiran headshop). The staff is also very helpful. We were late for breakfast and requested if we could have it in the room. The staff kindly brought it to us. There is no private parking space at the hotel, which deducts one star in terms of amenities.
