五島列島、朝取れの鯖を当日運んでいるそう。 お電話で予約した際に3種盛りを注文するか確認されます。
3種盛りとは💡 ①泳ぎサバ刺し ②炙り鯖刺 ③ゴマサバ の盛り合わせです✨✨
おひとりさまには少しずつ食べれるので有難いですね☺️
泳ぎサバ刺しはぶりぶりとした鯖の食感は、 初めての経験でした🐟 活きがいい!
新鮮さが伝わる唯一無二の一品だと思う。
好みはゴマサバですかね👍
そしてこの日1番気になったのは『活〆穴子刺し』。 ピンク色がかかった美しいビジュアルが衝撃的で、 1枚目の写真に選びました📸
まず、穴子って生でたべれるんですね😳‼️ 若干の細かな骨感はありますが、 弾力のある食感とても綺麗なお味です。
どれもこれも新鮮ではないと食べれないお味。 素直にハマりそうですね😏
サバコロッケは何故か鯖感0でした。 なんで?😂
この日飲んだ日本酒は店主の斎藤さんにおすすめでお願いしました🍶🤲お話も楽しかったので、またお伺いします💙

I've always been curious about Kiharu.
It's a famous mackerel shop🐟
They apparently deliver mackerel caught that morning from the Goto Islands on the same day.
When you make a reservation by phone, you will be asked if you want to order the 3-kind platter.
The 3-item platter is💡 ① Swimming mackerel sashimi ② Grilled mackerel sashimi ③ Sesame mackerel ✨✨
It's great that you can eat a little at a time if you're eating alone☺️
The texture of the swimming mackerel sashimi was my first experience🐟 It's so lively!
I think it's a unique dish that conveys freshness.
I think my favorite is the sesame mackerel👍
And the thing that caught my eye the most that day was the "live-killed conger eel sashimi". The beautiful pink visual was shocking, so I chose it for the first photo📸
First of all, you can eat conger eel raw😳‼ ️ It has a slight bone texture, but it has a springy texture and a beautiful taste.
All of these tastes are only fresh if they're eaten. I think I'm going to be addicted to it😏
For some reason, the mackerel croquette didn't taste like mackerel at all. Why? 😂
The sake I drank that day was recommended by the owner, Mr. Saito 🍶🤲 The conversation was fun, so I'll come back again 💙

The owner could've at least told me right away that they only accept Japanese. But instead on the first call when I mentioned I wasn't Japanese, he first acted like the phone connection was bad, making me waste a few minutes trying to get ahold of him.
Then when I called again, he said he doesn't have any seats left for this month or even the next month. On the first call up to where I said I wasn't Japanese he was definitely trying to book me a seat, so that's also a lie.
I understand that there can be such policies. Their restaurant, their rules. But they can at least make that point clear without lying so people don't waste time calling and not...
