Room facility ★★★★★ Excellent - Wifi, kitchen and IH cooker, fridge, microwave oven, laundry machine, toilet & bath separate, internet TV (you can log into your netflix or prime, etc.) IN EACH ROOM! You can pretty much live here.

Surrounding ★★★★ Walking distance to 21st century museum/ Kenrokuen garden, Saigawa river, etc. Quite a few restaurants around but relatively quiet, being in a residential area. Walking distance to 2 convenience stores.

Staff ★★★★ English speaking, friendly staff...

Great location – relatively close to Kenrokuen Park (about 1 km, a 15-minute walk uphill) and 1.5 km (around 20 minutes on foot) to the samurai district.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, functional, and equipped with everything you might need. There's a washer-dryer, and all instructions are clearly provided in English. It has both a bathtub and a shower, and the beds are very comfortable. The decor is minimalist but pleasant. The TV has access to YouTube and Netflix.

There's also an elevator. Parking is included, though sometimes the space isn’t directly next to the building, and you may need to walk a bit. During business hours, staff downstairs can provide additional assistance. Check-out was easy – just drop the keys in the deposit box.
