Stunning experience. Highly recomend staying here to experience the best Kusatsu has to offer. This historical onsen is one of the few in town able to draw water directly from the spring. This onsen is also tattoo friendly as long as patrons with tattoos are respectful of the onsen.

I like my Japanese tatami room very much. During my stay, it’s Sunday night, so not many guests. The hotel is quiet, and I can peaceful enjoy onsen without rush. The room only has toilet. Bath needs to be done in the public onsen room.
