Let’s start with the good: Decent location, 24h front desk and next to a convenience shop so that was great. Had a big sauna/onsen room too in the basement for guests too.And now, the bad…here’s the list:1. If you don’t have a room with 2 beds, don’t disguise the sofa bed as one (I had to sleep with a crease on my back the whole time)2. Check in is at 4PM? But here’s the kicker, check out is at 10AM…what are they doing during those six magical hours???3. They don’t offer you extra pillows, so no pillow princess treatment.4. The key is atrocious, and there is only ONE even if there are multiple people in one room, which powers all the electricity in the room, awfully inconvenient.5. DUST DUST DUST…need i say more. Read moreHaving booked the hotel for 2 weeks, I had expected the hotel would try to make my long stay as pleasant as possible, instead they allocated a room attached to the lift well. Anyway, I got my second pillow. This hotel has the nastiest lot of people that I have ever come across...

The buses are frequent and good also nearby the hotel. My daughters said it had the feel of a converted prison but me thinks it is a first generation. Type hotel that has been renovated. The doors to each room are substantial and the rooms are very small and a bit cell like. It's clean.I was swayed by the free breakfast and dinner.Dont be is my advice..The same dinner is served all the time bland but OK. The breakfast is OK ,but I think quite good by Asian standards. Very few Westerners go to this hotel which is not a bad thing. The hotel was certainly busy. The Staffin the kitchen dining room were fairly rude but the ladies at reception...
