I came here several times before I was reviewing this. I ordered morning salad breakfast with bread and latte coffee. Everything is good except one thing that I found. One of the staffs with the glasses that I had never seen him before let me and other customers wait outside of the store while its rain(They still have a ton of space inside). I’m okay with that though, but when have one customer with kids cart and their little kids try to hide them self from rain. This guy refuse to let them in to hide from the rain even they try to order something(more even they want to order something for breakfast). He said you need to wait outside and he will call the queue after. I think this is one of good examples of Japan’s lack of management on serving customers. It’s not only about the store or shop rules, but sometime you need to understand the situation of customers like (Y they ask like this) (Y they wanna do like that) or like these day that they wanna hide their kids from rain so they stop at your shop. I know without rules, human is just and mammal, but they need to “adapt” depending on the day and situation. Without this, human in these shop is just the brainless creatures. Hope someone might get and understand something from these comments. “ Politeness is not only a word, but...
Read moreI ordered 2 brunch specials, hojicha ice tea, and iced matcha. I had to refund my matcha immediately because it was clumpy and looked like they just threw matcha powder into cold milk. Even when I tried to stir it it wouldn’t work. Matcha powder is hydrophobic so it wouldn’t stir into the milk, it must be stirred into a paste before being added to the milk for smoothness. The food looks like in the pictures but it is covered in grease from the ham and the lettuce is greasy and salty. Tourist trap. Scam matcha. Bad prices. Just because I’m a foreigner doesn’t mean I’m stupid and don’t know how matcha is supposed to look or taste. Sad so many businesses try to scam instead of making...
Read moreVery rude. Yesterday, we waited for 20 minutes and walked away because there was zero communication.
Today, we walked in after a LONG walk, and there was no one there. We were happy and wanted to take a seat. Apparently, you're not allowed to walk in until you have first ordered. That's fine. But we are with 5 people and would REALLY like to first put down our bags and drink bottles after a long walk and then walk straight back to order. No. Not allowed. (?!!).
But the worst thing is the way she said it, so angry and awful. I was really surprisedby the anger.
I would never come here. A waste of time, money, and above all;...
