Mifuku — Hotel in Kyoto

When we got there, the rooms were very cold and had heaters that take awhile to work. I would recommend to come here when it is warm as the rooms have no insulation and get cold very fast. The location is very inconvenient to get to the subway and most restaurants close early around the area. Very clean and tidy Ryokan with friendly and helpful staff. The futons were not very comfy, but that's to be expected as they are thin. However, the room was clean as was the bathroom. The location is great, right next to Kiyomizu-Dera, Sennan-Zaka, Ninen-Zaka and Nene No Michi which is very convenient, and there's a bus nearby to take you...

I had a great experience here. I made an effort in my trip to Japan to experience a Ryokan and this met all of my expectations. It was super comfortable and very relaxing. The rooms were clean and the suite was massive with a private courtyard. It was near a lot of public transit and other things to do. I cannot recommend this...
