I had high expectations for this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was terrible from start to finish.|First off, the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I felt like I was inconveniencing them every time I had a question or request. When I asked for fresh towels, it took hours for them to arrive, and they acted as though I was being unreasonable for asking. The receptionist had an unprofessional attitude and seemed annoyed whenever someone approached the desk.|The room itself was below standard – it was dirty, smelled musty, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The sheets had stains, and the bathroom was disgusting, with mold in the corners of the shower.|What made it worse was the noise.
