Location is good, walkable from Odawara Station with many shops, convenience store & supermarket along the way. Check in can be confusing for someone. But with review earlier, we prepare ourselves ahead and read all instructions before coming in. So we find it pretty easy to follow. Steep & narrow stairs can be challenging for those traveling with heavy luggage. We were on 2nd floor, so it's still ok. Room is small but functional with everything you need. It's more than you need actually. Clean bathroom, strong pressure water shower. Well amenities provided.

I had no trouble walking from the station and finding this venue as the 'Have a nice day' logo can be seen from the main street. 24 hour self check-in was smooth and our air conditioned capsules were also private with curtains, each having its own lockable luggage area as well. Free WIFI, lollies and coffee were all great, as was the air conditioned common room upstairs. You can even see the Castle from the common room windows!
