Celts Cafe&Bar — Restaurant in Odawara

I absolutely do not recommend this place.

I went there with my friend who is visiting here, and we were ripped off. They brought us coffee that we didn’t even order. Luckily, I found a sign with the prices on it, so I knew the correct price, but when we asked for the bill, they gave us a different price, which surprised me. When I pointed out that the price was different, they didn’t even apologize and acted like nothing had happened. This may gave been the tiniest establishment I've ever been in; one table with two chairs, and 3-4 chairs by the six-foot bar. I'm not sure of anything that was said around me, but the owner was one of the happiest women I've seen here, extremely friendly and a laugh a minute! The sign says it's a jazz bar, and the music from the owner's tablet doesn't disappoint. And much to my surprise, from half way around the world, they have my favorite beer, Chimay from Belgium!
